THE CHARACTER OF CFT
1. The CFT is a socialist organisation which seeks to defend every Zimbabwean citizen against black on black exploitation.
2. The CFT take Socialism as its theoritical ideology that will guide its thinking and development of its political line.
3. The CFT is an anti capitalist, anti racist, anti sexist and anti imperialist in its world outlook and is driven by sound democratic socialist values where the leadership is accountable to the people who elected it.
4. The ultimate goal of CFT is the realisation of socialism through people’s power and the establishment of a state that responds to the needs of the people.
5. The CFT is a vanguard mass organisation leading the revolutionary masses in the fight against the capitalist class enemy.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1. To capture political and state power through whatever revolutionary and democratic means possible to transform the welfare of Zimbabweans and Africans in particular.
2. To establish a socialist state where citizens live in peace and continue to lead prosperous lives.
3. To attain and defend the national intergrity and liberation of the oppressed masses of our people.
4. To participate in the global struggle for the complete eradication of emperialism, colonialism, racism and all other forms of oppression and discrimination.
5. To resolutely oppose tribalism, regionalism, religious and cultural intolerance.
6. To oppose the oppression of women ,children, people living with disabilities and all other gendered people.
OUR NON NEGOTIABLE CARDIANAL PILLARS
1. At the centre of our establishing of a socialist state the following are our non negotiable cardinal pillars:
a. To resolutely fight against all forms of capitalism and bridge the gap between the rich and the poor.
b. Fight for free quality decolonized education.
c. Industrialization of the economy and creation of millions of sustainable jobs.
d. Creation of an accountable, corrupt free government and society.
e. Fighting all forms of poverty and bridging the gap between the filty rich and the poor of our societies.
